Those who follow our Instagram are regularly treated to photos and videos of Sam Sam and her adventures around CatSynth HQ. For those who don’t, we can assure you that she is doing well and is being spoiled rotten.
Sam Sam has made this blanket one of her favorite spots for napping and relaxing. It is quite warm and soft. In this video, we see her kneading it and purring up a storm.
It’s good to be the cat!
Here we see her posing with our Korg Volca FM sytnhesizer.
This photo was taken while preparing for our recent video on the Volca FM, which you can check out on YouTube. One of the nice things about these small battery-powered synths like the Korg Volcas and the Roland Boutiques is that we play them on the bed. And if I’m there playing a synth, reading, or napping, Sam Sam is likely to follow.
We hope you have a fun weekend, however you define it. And if you are Instagram, please do follow us 😻.

“Slightly old picture of this cutie”
Cutie indeed! And quite a few familiar synth modules. We’ll leave naming those as an exercise to the reader 🙂

“His face is blurry because of the face melting keyboard solo he’s right in the middle of.”
Nice bow tie 🙂
Luna makes rare back-to-back appearances, including a mostly Wordless Wednesday. I think we could all use a little warmth and sweetness today.

Sometimes Luna makes it hard for me to move and get on with things when she settles in on my lap. It’s all calm, cuddles and purrs.
I caught Luna this morning, doing the adorable thing where she rolls onto her back and has her paws curled up. It’s a pose that screams “Play with me!” And I am happy to oblige.
This has been a quiet weekend after another few weeks of both excitement and tumult, and I think we are enjoying having the extra time to spend together.
This one is my own composition, with the Mixtape Alpha atop the Nord Stage EX 🙂
Luna has long been comfortable in her modernist surroundings, at it is a common subject of her weekend visits to CatSynth. In the photo above, she is striking one of her attention-getting cute poses against the circular geometry of the rug and the angular lines of the glass table.
In those photo, she has a more elegant pose, the classic “reclining cat” from many works of art. But she also has a little bit of attitude and disdain her expression, probably directed towards me for snapping pictures.
The Carnival of the Cats will be hosted by Ritzi iInfidel.
And the Friday Ark is at the modulator.
